As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Orders are packaged and shipped within 1-2 days of placing the order. The delivery time frame is between 3 to 6 business days. However, you may receive your items much earlier depending on your location. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are not allowed to accept returns. However, we will offer a replacement or a shop credit in certain circumstances if contacted within 15 days after receiving your order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contract us and we will work together to find a solution.
